Newfoundland

  • The number of Sales was down 1.2% in January to 241 compared to 244 in January of 2023.

  • The number of New Listings was up 12.1% in January to 668 compared to 596 in January of 2023.

  • The average Sale Price for January was $300,039 which is up 6.2% from $282,600 in January of 2023.


St. John’s Metro

  • The number of Sales was down 4.0% in January to 144 compared to 150 in January of 2023.

  • The number of New Listings was up 15.4% in January to 367 compared to 318 in January of 2023.

  • The average Sale Price for January was $341,965 which is up 2.2% from $334,507 in January of 2023.


Central NL

  • The number of Sales was down 16.7% in January to 20 compared to 24 in January of 2023.

  • The number of New Listings was down 15.6% in January to 65 compared to 77 in January of 2023.

  • The average Sale Price for January was $238,475 which is up 16.5% from $204,669 in January of 2023.


Western NL

  • The number of Sales was up 45.0% in January to 29 compared to 20 in January of 2023.

  • The number of New Listings was up 32.1% in January to 74 compared to 56 in January of 2023.

  • The average Sale Price for January was $211,790 which is down 5.9% from $225,120 in January of 2023.
